Azalea Agency's Booking Conditions are as follows:
Rates
All rates must be negotiated by Azalea Agency. Rates
apply to booking time and do not include usage unless
specified. Please negotiated usage separately. Talents’
rates must be negotiated individually.
Agency Fee
Agency fee is charged to all jobs. Print and promotional
bookings are charged a 20% agency fee. Union and
non-union acting and voice-over jobs are charged
a 10% agency fee.
Usage/Product Bookings
The type of usage and the length of usage must be
specified at the time of booking. Any additional
usage or extension of usage term must be negotiated
separately.
Bookings
All requirements must be specified by client at
the time of booking. These include, but are not
limited to hair, make-up, nails, wardrobe, length
of booking, location, ultimate client, and billing
information.
Hourly Bookings
One hour minimum at model’s hourly rate. Bookings
over one hour are rounded up to the nearest quarter
hour.
Day Bookings
Based on a consecutive eight hour period between
8am and 6pm.
Tentative Bookings
Must be confirmed or released 24 hours prior to
booking. If booking is not confirmed, secondary
bookings will take precedence.
Cancellations
Confirmed bookings cancelled within 24 hours are
subject to a half rate. No penalty is charged for
bookings that are rescheduled within 30 days.
Weather Permitting
If shoot is weather permitting, it must be specified
at the time of booking. Shoots cancelled at least
two hours before a call time are not subject to
a penalty if they are rescheduled within 30 days.
Shoots that are not rescheduled are subject to half
rate.
Wardrobe Fees
Applies to wardrobe supplied by talent and is charged
per complete outfit that talent is shot in. Fee
is $10.00 for general clothing and $20.00 for formal
wear.
Travel Time
Applies to bookings outside of the St. Louis Metropolitan
area. Full fee applies. Travel expenses and arrangements
should be negotiated at the time of booking.
Hair and Make-up Time
Full rate applies.
Fittings/Wardrobe Checks/Rehearsal
Rates
Full rate with half hour minimum.
Lingerie/Underwear
Shoots requiring models to wear bras, panties, slips,
pantyhose, and/or transparent garments, men’s
boxers and briefs are charged at double rate. Client
must provide a closed set and a changing room.
Overtime
Charged after eight consecutive hours, shoots between
6pm and 8am, and for all bookings on Saturday, Sunday,
and holidays. Time and a half rates will apply unless
otherwise negotiated.
Test Shooting
No pictures from the shoot may be used without written
permission from Azalea Agency.
Talent Voucher
Talent voucher must be completed and signed at the
time of booking. Azalea Agency’s voucher takes
precedence over any other contract or release.
Courier/Shipping Fees
Courier and shipping fees to and from Azalea Agency
are charged to client. Fees will be invoiced with
talent fees, if applicable.
Invoicing Terms/Finance
Charge
Net 30 days. All invoices not paid within billing
terms are charged a 2% fee.
